Performance and Ui Improvements

The following changes made:

• CSS files cleaned up to remove dead code
• 3 Unused libraries removed
• Pre render more markdown server side, reducing resources needed to load pages
• Service worker made smarter to better cache data
• Recipe Scaling is now possible
• Search for ingredients in spotlight
• Show recipe counts on the course pills on the home page
• Subset font files so we are only sending what we need to reduce page size slightly
• A step by step cooking mode
• The groundwork for more coming later
