Welcome! My name is Sam and this is a personal collection of recipes I have gathered from the internet, and my time working in restaurants. This site ensures they remain available, forever. Recipes are as detailed as possible and sometimes include brands. It is not an advertisement, it is to get as close to the original dish as possible.

The original version of this site, food.slamanna.com launched in 2015, a wordpress site and plugin I found. This new version is much much faster, own its own domain, and with more features (Yay dark mode). One of the reasons for this project originally was all of the spam, ads, and unneeded stories on recipes I was finding online.
