Ingredients
- 1 Lb Carrots
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Honey (Adjust to Taste)
- 2 Tbsp Dried Ground Coriander
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Peel and trim the carrots.
- Toss in a bowl with salt, pepper, 1 tbsp coriander, and olive oil.
- Roast in the oven till cooked, about 15 minutes for standard carrots.
- Melt the butter in the microwave, then stir in the honey and remaining coriander.
- Toss the carrots in the sauce and serve, garnished with sea salt if available.
